Coaching Services & Results Disclaimer
Our programs are designed for educational and motivational purposes to support health, wellness, and fitness goals.
We do not guarantee specific results—outcomes vary based on individual effort, consistency, and other factors.
You agree to take full responsibility for your health and consult a medical provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition plan.
Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our products and coaching services, no refunds are issued unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Payment plans (if applicable) must be completed in full. Missed or late payments may result in access being revoked until the account is brought current.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through Fit Femme Solutions—including videos, downloads, PDFs, coaching materials, and digital products—is the intellectual property of Fit Femme Solutions and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your individual use only.
Community & Behavior Expectations
If you join group coaching or a private community, you agree to engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the program with no refund.
This is a safe and empowering space for women to grow stronger in mind and body.
Access & Availability
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or platform outages (e.g., Kajabi downtime).
Limitation of Liability
Fit Femme Solutions is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may result from following our workouts, meal guides, or advice.
All programs are followed at your own risk, and we encourage consulting your healthcare provider before starting.
